Cancellation Letter for Credit Card Auto Debit Instruction Sample

A bank activates the auto pay facility for credit card only after receiving written request from a customer. Once the bank activate auto debit option, then at any point of time later the customer can also request for deactivation of the auto debit facility in case he/she so wishes for due to any reasons whatsoever.

How to apply for cancellation: Customer can visit the bank's branch to collect the application form for it and submit it there. Some of the banks are providing the application form for it on their website, please download it, print it, fill in the details and submit it at the bank's branch office or send it by post to the address given in the form.

Some banks may accept the cancellation request through a written letter duly signed by the customer. Following template could be used, which has all necessary details. Submit it at the bank.
