Without internet, things can go pretty boring and even slow internet service or bad network issues may become very irritating, not only when you are on social media or chatting or browsing but also while completing office work or other professional work by using the internet.

Although your representatives had tried to solve the issue but the problems always start again after a couple of days thereafter.

I am very disappointed to say that as a reputed telecom company, your services are very poor than expected. You ought to take more concrete steps to ensure that flawless services are enjoyed by the consumers. Please note that even though I have a right to claim refunds from you for all the time the internet connection was bad or slow, I have not done so.
